The Duxplex and UK Petite Soccer are delighted to announce new Petite Classes for the spring at the Duxplex on Fridays.

Class #1   Parent and Me (2-3-year-old, parent involvement required)        

10.45am -11.15am                         $65 for 8 classes 

Class #2                                   UK Petite Soccer (3-6-year-old)                      

11.30am – 12.30pm                         $96 for 8 classes

 

Class #3   UK Petite Soccer (3-6-year-old)                                                        

12.30am – 1.30pm                         $96 for 8 classes

Hockey At Duxplex Grades 3-6/7

***How do I register a player***

1.  Go to Open Registration (vertical tab on the left of the home page) to register your individual player(s).

2.  IMPORTANT CHANGE: DUXPLEX WILL LEVEL TEAMS AND CREATE TEAM ROSTERS.

3.  Email matt@duxplex.net with any questions and/or concerns.

6 v 6 (including goalie)

Each grade will be limited to 4 teams of 11 players max

Playoff to a Grade Championship

GAMES BEGIN MAY 1 AND WILL END THE  WEEK OF JUNE 12TH.

$125 per player.

4th Grade Monday 230-315

5th Grade Tuesday 230-315, 6/7 315-4

3rd Grade Wednesday 230-315

email rosters to matt@duxplex.net before registration if needed.

All players will be required to provide their own sticks, gloves, helmets with face guard and mouth piece.  Goalies to wear all protective equipment.

UBH Strength & Conditioning

A challenging, dynamic, non stop total body workout. Strength, agility, multi directional movement, this class has it all.

UBH Group Train

With more emphasis on strength, this 45 minute class includes intervals of conditioning, plyometrics, and resistance exercises.

 

UBH Bootcamp

An effective workout, using high intensity drills with low impact weight, cardiovascular training combined with intervals of maximum effort.

 

UBH Bootcamp Yoga (Will be reinstated this Summer)

A fast paced power yoga class that combines strength-work and stretching.  You will challenge your balance and work on core and stability while engaging your entire body.

 

 

Wednesday 5:30am-6:15am  Sunday 8am-8:45.

We are honored to have Jim Bunnell instruct this class.  Come see what makes this class so special.

This class may include any or a combination of the above cited disciplines**

 

**Not including yoga.
