Jay McGillis was an outstanding student athlete at Boston College and most importantly a gentleman.  Please visit the Jay Fund website to learn more about Jay and this great cause.

Their mission is to help families tackle childhood cancer by providing comprehensive financial, emotional and practical support. From diagnosis to recovery and beyond, they are part of the team, allowing parents to solely focus on their child’s well being. Their goal is to BE THERE for parents facing the unthinkable so they can be there for their families.

St. Jude hospital and the Jay Fund are independent organizations and if they inspire you to donate then please visit their sites and do so directly.

What to expect in each 60 minute class:

  • Dynamic warm-up and stretch
  • Motivating classes that differ every session and include non-stop high intensity interval cardio routines with agility, power, speed, strength, core, endurance, and functional compound movements
  • Innovative movements that mimic everyday physical activity and sport
  • Music specifically chosen and arranged to complement each activity sequence and carry you through your workout
  • A certified Competitive Athlete Training Zone (CATZ) Sports Performance Coach

 

Class pricing:

  • Per class rate - $12 ($5 for babysitting)
  • One month unlimited classes - $65 ($3 for babysitting)
  • Three month unlimited classes - $180 ($2 for babysitting)

 

Adult Group Fitness Schedule:

  • Monday: 9:30am - 10:30am with Jenn
  • Tuesday: 9:45am-10:45am with Shannan  5:30-6:30pm with Kerri
  • Wednesday: 9:30am - 10:30am with Jenn
  • Thursday:  9:30am-10:15am Strength with Jenn  5:30pm-6:30pm with Kerri
  • Friday: 9:30am - 10:30am with Jenn
  • Saturday: 8:00am-9:00am with Kerri
