This is 8 week fitness program begins February 6th and ends April 3rd (just in time for Spring)!
Participants will receive:
Pre and post fitness assessments
2 weekly group workouts
4 additional "pop up" team workouts/challenges
Individual coaching and support throughout from one of our qualified staff
Nutritional information, guidance and meal plan suggestions
